Bio

An exciting young sextet formed of graduates of the Birmingham Conservatoire jazz course, Districts have been taking the Midlands jazz scene by storm.  Drawing on a heap of influences including funk, soul and UKG, they bring energy and dynamism to their interpretation of jazz.

Districts debut album ‘Green Is Not A Creative Colour’ was released on the Jazz Plus Productions label in November 2018.
